PICS: ALL SMILES, Sui Dhaaga Co-Stars Anushka Sharma & Varun Dhawan Take Off For Bhopal

For a while now, Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan have been attending workshops for their upcoming film Sui Dhaaga, which is helmed by Sharat Kataria and produced by Maneesh Sharma. Last night, both Varun and Anushka were spotted at the Mumbai Airport while leaving for Bhopal.

Anushka donned a grey velvet jacket and pants and smiled for the shutterbugs. While Varun dressed in a leather jacket and black tracks nailed the airport look.

A few days ago, Anushka was seen taking stitching lessons. She shared the picture on Instgram with the caption, “कतरन से बुनी कहानी पैबंद लगा के है सुनानी-सुई धागा @SuiDhaagaFilm | @yrf | #SuiDhaaga | @Varun_dvn.”

Film’s director Maneesh Sharma is all praise for the lead actors. "It is amazing to see the dedication that the two actors have for Sui Dhaaga - Made In India. It is a film that will most certainly touch your hearts and their characters are rooted in the heartland of our country. Varun and Anushka are leaving no stones unturned to grasp their characters completely before the shooting starts," said Maneesh.

Talking about the film, Maneesh earlier said, "Love often blossoms amidst shared hopes and common aspirations. In Sui Dhaaga, the lead characters empower themselves by fighting against all odds in unison and find incredible love and respect for each other while following a common vision of self-reliance. Like everything in the film, it’s a love story that is truly Made In India. It is only apt that the film is starting on a day that celebrates true love."

Sui Dhaaga - Made in India is slated to release on September 28, 2018.
